Hakkında
This self-paced program teaches practical everyday use of new Outlook for Windows, from understanding email and connecting an account to managing messages, calendars, contacts, follow-ups, and common problems. It is designed for adults with basic mouse and keyboard skills, including complete beginners and existing users who want a clearer routine. Using a consistent Community Workshop Coordination scenario, learners practice with drafts, sample contacts, and personal calendar items rather than needing to send real email. The program takes approximately 60–90 minutes to complete; repeated hands-on practice and optional exploration may take longer. By the end, learners can manage email clearly, schedule work reliably, and recognize common safety risks.
