A self-paced introduction to Microsoft Teams for adults who are new to the app or want more reliable everyday ways to chat, meet online, share information, and work together. Using the current Teams desktop app for Windows 11 as the main reference, the program explains personal and work or school account differences, meeting controls, shared workspaces, files, follow-up, privacy, and common fixes. Learners practise through a fictional Community Workshop Coordination scenario using drafts and harmless sample content, with no need to contact real people or access an employer workspace. Completion takes approximately 60–90 minutes; repeated hands-on practice or optional exploration may take longer.
